Key Points of Operation
Pre-use Check: The operator must understand the safety knowledge and usage methods of the vibrator. Before use, each part must be carefully checked, including checking whether the connections are secure, and whether the wires, motor, vibrator rod, or plate are intact. Only after confirming there are no abnormalities can power be supplied to start using.
Trial Operation: Before use, conduct a trial operation to ensure the vibrator is working properly. Two people must operate it during use, one operating the vibrator and the other managing the motor and switch.
Correct Operation of the Vibrator Rod: When using the vibrator rod, do not drag the motor with a soft hose. The bending radius of the hose should not be less than 500mm. The vibrator rod should be inserted and withdrawn from the concrete naturally, without forcefully inserting, pulling, or pushing at an angle. The soft shaft part of the vibrator rod must not be inserted into the concrete, and the depth of the rod body inserted into the concrete should not exceed two-thirds or three-quarters of the rod body.
Power Supply and Wiring Setup: The power distribution box for the vibrator should not be more than 30m away from the work point, and a dedicated person should guard the distribution box. The wiring must be properly set up and should not be dragged over rebar.
Temperature Control: When using the vibrator, if the temperature is too high, it should be stopped to cool down to avoid overheating and damaging the motor.
Prohibition of Adjustment or Maintenance: During the use of the vibrator, it is absolutely forbidden to make adjustments or repairs to avoid safety accidents.
